We also expand your pool of views by cross listing your unit on additional platforms to increase viewership. For example, if you’re in a family friendly area and want to market to families, we’ll make sure your listing is optimized for that approach.
Better Home Care + Housekeeping
Better home care starts with housekeeping. All of our cleaning partners have been background checked and specialize in Short Term Rental cleaning and turnover. We provide high quality linens and amenities packs that include beyond just the basic soaps that you would expect from a hotel. This includes things like toothbrushes, ear plugs and razors among other products.
Additionally, we partner with a number of local contractors and maintenance vendors to make sure any issue at your property is taken care of immediately.  Additionally we give your property regular deep cleans and PM’s helping it stay in good condition throughout your short term rental journey.
The combination of this high quality cleaning and a comprehensive maintenance schedule will help keep your home in better condition than a long term rental.
Offering the Premier Guest Experience
We used our own experience traveling the world and staying in vacation rentals to craft what we feel is a superior guest experience. Each guest will have at least 5 points of contact with our Lofty Vacation Rental team. This helps make sure guests understand the house rules and makes them feel welcome. Â
Additionally we provide extensive amenities kits, gift baskets and other personal touches to each guest to make them feel at home and elevate their experience beyond what they would ever receive from a hotel.

Without a doubt, Lofty is a five-star renter. The apartment in Scottsdale was fantastic! Well appointed and clean. A great unit in a great setting. The communal pool was crystal clear. The grill was one of the best that I’ve cooked on. Will definitely rent again when in town!!
