Fully remodeled with luxury finishes in 2022, we put a funky spin on this home lovingly called “Disco Dino” to create the most unique high end vacation rental in all of Scottsdale. The main home has 4br3ba and you have a 1b1ba detached dwelling unit in the backyard perfect for group travel

The home is luxurious as it is fun with a 75″ TV, games, outdoor pool table and lux mattresses.

The best part is, you’re only a .6 mile walk into the thick of Old Town and 3 blocks to a golf course!

-No parties events
-No guests other than those listed on the reservation without prior permission
-This home is in a neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10pm 7 days per week
-Lockouts will result in re-keying fees
-No glass or beverages in the hot tub. If we have to drain either we charge the cost of draining and filling
-Luggage drop off may be allowed on a case by case basis
-We use Noise aware, a privacy compliant party control device at this home
-Any stays longer than 30 days will be subject to an extra deep cleaning fee at check-out that is equal to 2x the base cleaning rate.

Guests can let themselves in with a smart lock

The neighborhood is walkable, scooterable or drivable. Ubers come very quickly

We’re in one of the closest residential neighborhoods to Old Town so whether you’re looking for a quiet place to take a walk with your kids (there’s a park 3 blocks away) or a quick ride/walk/scooter to the nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale, this home is for you.
