The Scottsdale Suite is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house newly remodeled in 2022 with pool and above ground hot tub in a peaceful Scottsdale neighborhood. The interior features high end finishes and appliances making your vacation one to remember. This home is located right next to the zoo, two golf courses, and 10 minutes to old town Scottsdale! This home features a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and kids room equipped with a a bunk bed and pull out trundle. Every room boasts smart TV’s!

-No parties events
-No guests other than those listed on the reservation without prior permission
-This home is in a neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10pm 7 days per week
-Lockouts will result in re-keying fees
-No glass or beverages in the hot tub or pool. If we have to drain either we charge the cost of draining and filling
-Pool heating available for $75 per day
-Luggage drop off may be allowed on a case by case basis
-We use Noise aware, a privacy compliant party control device at this home
-Any stays longer than 30 days will be subject to an extra deep cleaning fee at check-out that is equal to 2x the base cleaning rate.
-We are pleased to provide a starter supply of toiletries for your stay. Any additional items are the responsibility of the guests, for the duration of your stay

Enjoy access to the entire private home including yards, pool, pool deck, spa, and all of our indoor amenities. Being so close to Old Town Scottsdale means you have a plethora of restaurants, bars, and stores to stop by at and grab your necessities.

A car is recommended but Ubers and Lyfts are readily available as well.

This home is in a peaceful Scottsdale neighborhood within 10 minutes of Old Town Scottsdale

The pool does need to be heated for your entire stay or none of it. Upon booking the home you will be sent a payment request for the pool heating fee which needs to be paid 5 days prior to your stay.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, newly updated home was carefully curated to meet every guest’s expectations with a homey, peaceful feel in mind. From comfortable couches to premium mattresses to our brand new bunk bed with an additional trundle for your loved ones. Start off your morning with our coffee maker and any tool you need to make sure you can cook what you desire. Our fully stocked kitchen comes with an ample amount of tools and resources to keep everyone’s stomachs happy, and hearts full. This includes a smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and mini fridge. You will find four smart TV’s across the home in every bedroom and the living room making sure your eyes can be satisfied wherever you are in the house. Step outside to our oversized backyard that included a comfortable seating area, outdoor barbeque, above ground hot tub, heated pool, and large pool deck to relax with whoever you’d like! Welcome to our dreamy home!

This home is located 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale keeping you a close drive to the action, but far enough for some peace and quiet. This home is also located only 10 minutes from Costco and 10 minutes to Tempe Town Marketplace where you will find just about anything you need! Having major shopping centers and stores on all sides of you nestles you perfectly in the middle! This home is also a very short drive to Rolling Hills Golf Course, Papago Golf Club, and the Phoenix Zoo! If you are a sports fan the San Francisco Giants Spring training camp is also less than 10 minutes away.
