It’s a full time vacation rental with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s (No cable) & memory foam beds as well as toys and video games. You’re close to Downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard and Fremont while still enjoying your own Pied-à-terre on a quiet hillside overlooking Interbay and the marina.

-Quiet hours are 10pm 7 days per week in all indoor or outdoor spaces
-Lockouts will result in a fee in line with the cost of replacing or re-keying the locks
-Violation of house rules will result in a lockout
-Luggage drop-off only allowed prior to check-in not after check-out

Guests can let themselves in via the front door smart lock and the home can be accessed by going up the stairs to the front door.

You will need a car for most errands here although you can walk .7 miles to a local supermarket and your cab ride to Downtown Ballard or Fremont should cost around $10-15.

The West side of Queen Anne is a fantastic Seattle Neighborhood. It’s close to many local favorites such as Ballard, Fremont, Downtown and Upper and Lower Queen Anne Hill.
