The listing is sprayed regularly for pests. However, we live in the south west and it’s nearly impossible to keep every bug out, especially if doors are left open or it’s been very hot or rainy lately. If you book with us, you are acknowledging that.
Any stays longer than 30 days will be subject to an extra deep cleaning fee at check-out that is equal to 2x the base cleaning rate.

Guests have access to the entire apartment complex community areas as well as their own private apartment dedicated solely for our guests. You also have a private patio set right outside the front door of the apartment however the patio set is on a shared walkway with 2 other apartments.

Old Town Scottsdale is a highly sought out destination from people all over the world. When people come to Arizona, they frequent Old Town. You can walk to multiple destinations from your front door step, rent a scooter or bike or Uber/Lyft. We have Trolleys that are FREE to ride. If you’re driving around Old Town, North Scottsdale Road is a main hub for getting around. A lot of main attractions are directly off of North Scottsdale Road.

The neighborhood is perfectly located within comfortable walking distance to Old Town. It’s quiet and nicely situated, the area is lively with various community events taking place all the time. You can leave your front door and immediately be walking along side the locals to different activities, events, popular destinations, restaurants, etc. You can Uber/Lyft if you desire or rent an electric scooter/bike to get around in style. You’ll see others zipping past you! Go hiking at the very popular Camelback Mountain (3.4) miles away. Explore Old Town’s unique and very desirable destinations and attractions. Spring training, wine festival, and the art festival are just some of the fun activities you’ll enjoy. Old Town is frequented by professional athletes, celebrities and VIP’s. *Please note it is summer, and there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.

Note that while the kitchen and flooring of this apartment is new, its located in a very cool, 1970’s apartment building with original walls and ceiling.

IMPT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas
