La Boheme: Million $ Home w POOL/HOT TUB & GAMES!

La Boheme is a newly remodeled 2500 sq ft home on a massive half acre lot in central Scottsdale. It’s a short bike ride away from Kierland commons which is home to over 300 bars and restaurants and loaded with games and activities for families of all ages. The backyard features a pool (not heated) fire pit and basketball court. The interior features high end furnishings, ping pong table and is coming off a 100k remodel in Nov. 2021. The garage has a pool & air hockey table.

-Up to 2 dogs are allowed on the property IF they are disclosed ahead of time, and weigh less than 50lbs. We do not allow cats. A pet fee of $25 per dog per night will be charged upon booking (this can be refunded if your plans change and the dogs do not come)
-This home is on a septic tank. NO wipes or feminine products can go down the drains and no food scraps can go down the drains or it will result in a backed up sewer and may result in a charge of up to $400 for septic pump-out
-All parties may need to sign a pool waiver before occupying the property even if they do not intend to use the pool.
-Lost keys or lock outs are subject to a $189 fee
-Quiet hours are after 10pm -This is a no-smoking property of any kind including in the garage. Smoking in the garage or in the house will result in a $250+ fine -No glass or in the pool. Broken glass in the pool results in a $750+ fine since we will need to drain the pool, clean it and re-fill it
-By renting this home you acknowldege that there is no lifeguard on duty for the pool and to hold the hosts harmless from both you and your guests for all pool activities

Guests can let themselves in with a smart lock

This is a quiet neighborhood close to shopping. You will want a car but once at the home you can bike to the major shopping center. The home is about 10 min drive to Old Town or a $20 cab ride.

We do allow 2 dogs of up to 50LBS each. We charge a pet fee of $25 per dog per night of the stay. By bringing pets onto the property you are agreeing to pick up after them and pay the pet fees.
