This breathtaking estate is around 25 minutes from the fantastic restaurants and shopping at Kierland Commons, approximately 30 minutes from the Scottsdale Airport, about 40 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, and only about 50 minutes from Phoenix. If you are traveling with a vehicle, we recommend driving when exploring the area. We are down a dirt road, but 2-wheel drive cars will do just fine. Due to our location in the Rio Verde, ride-share wait times may be a bit higher, though Uber and Lyft are both available. Our beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking, jogging, and biking!

Our peaceful Scottsdale neighborhood, serenely tucked in the tranquil Rio Verde Valley and surrounded by horse ranches, is safe, picturesque, and full of the friendliest neighbors. Ideally situated between the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, McDowell Regional Park, and Tonto National Forest, you’ll experience all the best hiking, biking, off-roading, and horseback riding right at your doorstep! We’re less than 10 minutes away from world-class golf courses, including Troon North and Scottsdale National, and are close to the Verde River and Bartlett Lake. Adventure awaits at every turn! With a wet bar with seating for 8, plus a grill, hot tub, and top deck to enjoy the sunset, the magnificently-landscaped backyard transports you to full vacation mode. If you need to check in with the office while you’re away, set your laptop at one of the dedicated private workspaces, perfect for teleworking. Note: This home is located down a dirt road. 2 wheel drive cars do just fine but low riding or high performance sports cars may not. Please ask if you have any questions.

The home is located 30 miles from Old-Town Scottsdale, 25 miles away from world class shopping at Kierland Commons and within a 5 minute drive of world class golf courses such as Troon North and Scottsdale National. Ubers/Lyfts will service the home but should be called in advance. Ask about our car service recommendations as well.
