This SEVEN bed home is accommodating to you and your whole family! Being so close to the 101 gives you direct access to Tempe, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and North Scottsdale as well. -No guests other than those listed on the reservation without prior permission
-This home is in a neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10pm 7 days per week
-Lockouts will result in re-keying fees
-Luggage drop off may be allowed on a case by case basis
-We use Noise aware, a privacy compliant party control device at this home
-Tampering with removing covering or unplugging the noise monitoring or cameras at the home or any other smart home products is not allowed
-No smoking is allowed in the house or outside the house anywhere on the property.
-Any stays over 30 days will be charge an additional deep cleaning fee which is 2x the base cleaning price for the stay upon check-out
