This ranch style home is called the Scottsdale Sunny Lux! The Sunny Lux sleeps 12 people and has a kids room! Located in one of the most iconic cities in Arizona and welcomes you in with splashes of bright sunny colors. Come hang out by the pool or relax in our high end kitchen. This home will immediately make you feel like you are on vacation and ready to enjoy this beautiful home. The artwork throughout the home sings in the desert color schemes and each bedroom has a vibe all of its own.

-Quiet Hours after 10pm
-Guests are responsible for using maintaining and cleaning the bbq on their own.
-Violation of house rules will result in a lockout
-Luggage drop off may be allowed on a case by case basis
-A lost key will result in a $189 charge to re-key the home
-Glass left in, or other damage to the hot tub or pool, will result in a fine proportionate to the cost of remediation. For the pool this is in excess of $500
-By booking this property you acknowledge that the home has a pool and hot tub without a lifeguard and you agree to take full liability for your party’s use of the pool hot tub and other facilities
-We use NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant (non-recording) and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
-Any stays longer than 30 days will be subject to an extra deep cleaning fee at check-out that is equal to 2x the base cleaning rate.
-We are pleased to provide a starter supply of toiletries for your stay. Any additional items are the responsibility of the guests, for the duration of your stay

You will be provided with a keypad entry code for contactless entry.

There is ample free parking on the street as well as in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
